Warranty and Return Policy

Ballistic Dog has a One Year Warranty on parts and labor. We guarantee all parts of our products for one year against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered. If the product cannot be repaired, we may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. Ballistic Dog will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damages.

To repair or replace defective merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. To apply for a return authorization number please send your return request to rma@ballistic-dog.com. Replacements are shipped promptly upon receipt and inspection of defective merchandise.
